While researching my husband's Rinehart and Nance lines in Tishomingo Co.,MS, I found references to a DAVENPORT, Robert, admir., LACY,Calvin and a SCROGGINS, William. Robert Davenport was listed 16 times in the 1854 probate site and 13 times in the 1855 probate site. Lacy was mentioned 5 times on those sites. Robert Davenport was also listed under the Official bonds 1848-1859 as sheriff. Scroggins was listed in the 1840 census.
