I need help from someone who has access to Kentucky census records for 1830 and 1840. My gggrandfather, James Madison Davenport was born May 26, 1826 in Kentucky but we don't know in which county. He moved to Missouri in 1848/49 and we have a pretty good record from then on but we don't even know his parents name. Can anyone help? Earl Pantier Epantier@Compuserve.com
