We find that the plt. several times before the marriage of his daughter Anne declared but not to the def. Hazle that he would give his sd. daughter one or two negros, but mentioned no slaves by name sd. Anne also sd. several times before marriage that the sd. slave Lucy was her sister Polleys .slave Lucy was in possession of Anne after her marriage to Hazle .sd.
