My relative James Madison Davenport was born in 1742 and married Elizabeth Gilliam. Their son was Charles who married Sara Gary. The children of this James Madison were Lucretia, Jonathan, Raymond and Martha...all born from 1778 to 1787. Have a list of aunts and uncles too.... check it out and see if you think it wi yuour line. LDS is all wet with their listings, As is the DAR records. there are atl least three James Madison Davenports reported to have been Elizabeth Gilliam's husband., and all of these from different parts of the country.
