    3. Mary: The county seat of Clark County is Winchester, Kentucky. I am unsure where you are located, so I may be giving you a geography lesson you don't need -- Clark, Bourbon, Scott, and Fayette Counties are in central Kentucky (other counties are considered central Kentucky too but these are in close proximity to each other). I believe there were at least two (maybe more) John Wallers in Kentucky at the same time. A John T. shows up on the 1850 Clark County census and a John L. shows up on the 1850 Woodford County census. Since the will was dated 1826, John L. may not be the same person since he is still listed in the 1850 census. Perhaps this could be his son.
