First any debts and funeral expenses are to be paid. To my wife, Lucy - 1 negro boy named Will and a third part of the land where on I now live, besides a proportionate part of my personal estate during her life and after her death to be equally divided between all my children. I want the whole of my estate to be continued with my wife for the use of bringing up and educating my children in a proper manner until my eldest son marries or comes to age 21 years and then to be equally divided between all my children. If either of my aforesaid children dies before age 21, leaving no issue lawfully begotten, then such child part to be equally divided between the rest of my children. Exec.
