I am looking for any information on Burtis Davenport family that came from Summerfield, N.B., Canada to the U.S. His father was Wallace and his mother was Jane Green and she died when Burtis was just about 9, then Wallace married Alma ? and she changed their name from Davenport to Danford due to leaving a family of her own I believe. Burtis had 1 brother Judson and a sister Maud, and a second cousin Zibe, but we were never around Zibe or his family and I did'nt even know we were related until about 2 weeks ago. Jane Green was buried on an island by the Beachwood dam, and when the bodies were removed due to the flooding of the island, Jane,s body was never recovered so still lies there by itself.
