I'd like to add my two cents. The "primary" evidence is no better than the clerk that made the entry ... just as the situation with computer entry today. Try to find a verifying source. An error exists on a Great-grandmother's death certificate as to her father. Heck, even my birth certificate has my parents' given names wrong. Jim Crownover-
