In viewing the information on Nevada Jack's website, I noticed that Presley Glover Davenport, son of Martin Slaughter Davenport and Polly Nunnally, had a sister named Catherine. What intrigues me is that she married an Ellington Credelle on 4 Jan 1831 in Clarke County, GA. From my records, my Presley married a Sarah Abigail Criddle, born 1814 in Greene County, GA, in 1830. It would seem possible that Ellington and Sarah might be kin, siblings even . I am going to Hopkins County, TX tomorrow. If I find a middle name of Glover or even a middle initial "G." for my Presley, you must know what I am going to assume! Paul
