I, too, am researching Davenports of King WilliamCounty, Va.for my daughtwer-in-law, Brenda Davenport Birkitt whose father was Rawlings Grant Davenport whose father was Ernest Linden Davenport whose father was Edgar Morris Davenport (b. 1855)--all of King William.
