I'm searching for information on my ggrandmother, her name was Henrietta Davenport McClain McNace. She was born May 13, 1846, don't know where. She married a Mr. McClain and had two boys and a girl. The boys names were William and Andrew, they were living in Canada in 1924, when my grandfather died. Henerietta married my ggrandfather sometime befoe 1883, that was the year my grandmother Ellen McNace Jay was born. Henerietta died on Dec. 14, 1892 after the birth of her last child. She lived in Story and Boone Counties in Iowa. My grandmother seemed to think her mother was from Davenport, Iowa and of English heritage. Hoping someone out there can help me fill in blanks?
