Message text written by INTERNET:[email protected] to Bill Davenport: >As this explains, there is no proof to back up your assertion about Jamie Lee Curtis. My own daughters are named Shawn and Kelley. Names do not a gender make. Glenora Davenport Chamberlin<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< That comment by Bill was part of a message to me, (Winifred Davenport Auch) wherein he explained why I, being a female, could not be tested. I'd like to comment on your comment: Frankly, it matters not to me whether Jamie Lee Curtis is AC or DC, but I don't think Bill based his remark on the fact that her name is Jamie; there are many female names which can be used by either sex, in fact, I'm not particularly fond of MY name Winifred. All those who are of English extraction know that that is a girl's name, but more often than not, all other nationalities think I'm a man. Nevertheless, Winifred is a very old English/Welsh name with many variations and Guinnevere (Welsh) being one of them. As to Jamie Lee Curtis, perhaps it was not necessary to make the remark, but imo, she is not very feminine looking, nor is her bearing so and if he had no other more reliable reason for the remark, THAT is more likely why he made it. In addition, I've heard the same from other sources. Winn I
