I have a John Daugherty born 13 August 1804 and died 21 September 1889. Buried in United Presbyterian Church cemetery at Penn Township, Westmoreland County, PA. I've been to the grave site. I saw this 1804 birth date for your John Daugherty. I am not certain where my John Daugherty was born. Some searchers list Weaver's Old Station in Westmoreland County PA but do not cite documented sources.
