When Henry Died in Nov. of 1846 in Orange Co. Ind. His wife was apt. adm. of the estate. James Smith was one of the wittness. I have tried to get a copy of the probate and have no luck. they at the court house say there is no papers other than the apt. of the wife . I would like to know if there is any place that might have the probate or will other than the courthouse?? Also I was told that after 1850 Cynthia re married. can any one tell me who she married ?? and where she went to. ?Thanking you very much Mary Lou
