Surnames: Daugherty, Craker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/XSR.2ACIB/45.96.2.1 Message Board Post: Mary, I know of a story related to Francis Marion Craker and how he was raised by Mrs. C. C. Daugherty. Her maiden name was supposedly Lonnie. She was given Francis who weighed about 2 pounds at birth after his mother died as a result of the birth of twins. Miss Lonnie married C. C. Daugherty whne Francis Craker was between 3 and 5 years old (1861-1865). Was wondering if anyone knows of these folks and story.
