Hi Awiusdi, I took this question to my neighborhood list (PSRoots) because there are a *bunch* of experienced genealogists on the list. They said - absolutely legit and very often quite valuable. Yates advertises in the Genealogical Helper. He collects family group sheets from people like us and then groups them by surname and resells them. It's the same thing we can now do more efficiently, perhaps, on the net, but he's been doing it for years. The charge is because of the overhead for postage, advertising, etc. He actually has a shop that one of my cyberbuddies had visited. So yes, it would be valuable to get the Darnell info he has collected.
