New Listowners and Listmembers. Ok, I will do the NEWSLETTER and will keep the site on,,, Under one condition........ I need you to VOLUNTEER......... I cant do it alone and unless I have someone to fill all the positions below it is a no go. The positions are: 1. Family Story Coordinator........... This person will contact the list by the 2nd day of every month and give all of you till the 15th to send in your Family Stories....... This person will need to take the information sent in and complile it into a email that has nothing but a line seperating the different articles........The articles need to have a. names, dates, locations, and a resource list that pertains to the information you are providing. b. submitters email address and atleast the first name. The stories need to be limited to 1 page. 2. Census Coordinator................ This person will need to contact the list by the 2nd day of every month and give all of you till the 15th to send in your census information...... This person will need to take the information sent in and complile it into a email that has nothing but a line seperating the different articles........The articles need to have a.names, dates, locations b. submitters email address and atleast the first name. All of the submissions can not be more than one page, after they are compliled. 3.The Birthday and Anniversary Coordinators know what they have to do. IF you are a Birthday and Anniversary Coordinator,,,EMAIL ME ASAP and let me know if you are going to continue working with me. 4.Family Recipe Coordinator. This person will need to contact the list by the 2nd day of every month and give all of you till the 15th to send in your Treasured Family Recipes...... This person will need to take the recipies that are sent in and complile it into a email that has nothing but a line seperating the different articles must include a.first name and email address 5.New Website Volunteer. This person will need to contact the list by the 2nd day of every month and give all of you till the 15th to send in the URLS to your Family Homepage, These entries are limited to Websites with genealogy information on them. THis person will need to take the information provided and visit each site sent in and make sure its working and has genealogy information on it.
