I also reestablished the universitys Cinematography Association and served for two years as President. During six years of U.S. Air Force Reserve duty, I became a Training Systems Specialist and Squadron Public Affairs Representative, meriting two back-seat rides in the U.S.A.F. F-4 Phantom D, the Air Force Achievement Award and Medal, and being named the Tactical Fighter Wings Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter during 1988. Throughout 1994 and 1995, I served as Public Relations Chairman for the top-ranked Orlando Chapter of the International Television Association. Since 1994, Ive also assisted network producers, writers and directors during production on over $100-million worth of episodic TV programming (40 hours) for Columbia TriStar Television/Fox Broadcasting Co. ("Fortune Hunter", pilot and 12 episodes), Universal Television/NBC Entertainment ("seaQuest 2032", pilot and 12 episodes), HBO Original Programming ("From the Earth to the Moon", 12-episode mini series) and others (including the pilot for the syndicated "Tarzan, The Epic Adventures"). My writing credits include five screenplays for feature films (two written for-hire), scripts for television programming, and many original short dramatic, corporate marketing and TV commercial scripts, as well as articles in prominent national motion picture, pro sound and recording industry trade publications. My latest original feature film screenplay was a quarterfinalist in the 1997 Empire Screenplay Competition and helped me become a semi-finalist for The 1998 Writers Film Project for The Chesterfield Film Company.
