Some Caldwell, Ky records cited William Darnell and Sary as being the parents of Benjamin Darnall who married Mary Cannon. Mary Cannon was the dau. of Nathaniel Cannon, and they married in 1817 in Caldwell Co. I have a copy of Benjamin's Bible, but it only gives her parents. Benjamin named his first son William and his second son Benjamin, Jr. I have seen in the DARNALL BOOK that William Darnell died in Simpson County. There is a William in Carroll County, TN paying taxes on 1000 acres of land in 1826. Shortly thereafter he is sued by a Benjamin Darnall and Moses Ingram. I am looking for any information on Albert Noel Darnell, Sr. He was born around 1900 (+- 5 years) in lower Mississippi, and grew up in Mobile, Alabama. He died sometime in the late 80's (I think). He married Mary Alice Robertson, and was divorced sometime in the 40's - maybe earlier. Sons were - Albert Noel Darnell, Jr., Leon Darnell, William Darnell.
