I don't know how many of you are researching back into Europe and the like .....but..... Here are few resources I have found to be very good....... a. The University of California at Berkley......has been putting it's vast manuscript library on-line for a number of years....it's pretty good......seems the LSD of the '60s has finally worn off from some of these folks.....explore the site for what you need... http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/OMACL/DanishHistory/preface.html b. The 'Early Amercan Review" is an on-line research journal that: >A Journal of Fact and Opinion On the People, >Issues and Events Of 18th Century America http://www.earlyamerica.com/review/ c. The 'Internet Library of Early Journals" is an on-line site that is up-loading old Journals (Newspapers) from 18 & 19 th century England....this is extremely interesting reading as it provides names and a historical content to the events, from an English standpoint, about what was occuring in America....before and during the Revolutionary War..... http://www.bodley.ox.ac.uk/ilej/ Let me give you and example about some portions of the War..... This from the "Gentlemen's Magazine", Vol 15, Sept. 1745, p.472.........read for yourself.... http://erl.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/ilej/image1.pl?item=page&seq=4&size=1&id=gm.1745 .9.x.15.x.x.472 Hope you enjoy.....
