Jean, Here's the problem with the Pierces and particularly Martha Angeline........ There are 2 main Pierce lines the area....between Henry and Benton Counties..just like there are 3 main Dortch lines that run in the area and up into Kentucky.......the Pierce lines are obviously related, but back in N.Carolina and Kentucky.... Haven't been able to determine whether the lines are brothers or cousins.....one is the John Pierce-Rachael Ross line and the other is your Stephen Pierce-Lavinia Geers line..........there also were a couple other lines that moved in and out of the area. Dallas....can you help her here ???? You and I discussed this Pierce line before and I can't find my records....Martha Angeline is part of Kiziahs' line down the road.....and I can't find the connection right now.....but I've stumbled with Martha a number of times.......she's involved with the Coopers and McDaniels....just don't remember where or when (old age I guess).... Any of you 'old time' Pierce researchers able to help......????
