This is only a slim lead, but an "aunt T" Cherry took care of my grandmother Sarah Lindsey for several years (about 1919-1924) in Big Sandy before Sarah Lindsey died of T.B. in 1924. Aunt T Cherry lived until the mid 1950's I believe when she was in her 80's. Any possible connections there.
