Hello fellow Diggers: I have a relative that went to the Great State of California back about the turn of the Century, or a little thereafter or before and to Complete a limb on my tree I need information on his family. His Name is George Rushing born about 1873 in either Humpries or Stewart Counties in Tennessee, son of Andrew Jackson Rushing and Mary Collier, had a number of sibling. But he listened to the cry back then to "Go West Young Man", which he did all way to California, he married a lady named Carrie or something like that, I have information they possibly had 3 or more children, named Mary Jewel, Geneva or Genevieve, a son Andrew nicknamed Guy. Uncle George died and Carrie remarried to a man named Hecker, they had a child (or more) one named Lois, About the beginning of WW2 Carrie owned a restaurant in Pasadena. That is all the information I have, would like to add in the dates and etc. Also any contact. I would like to swap information, as I have quite a lot on the balance of the family. Many thanks for any and all help. Ira Bell Griddip@aol.com P.S. Shelly did you look for the information we discussed when you were here? Nothing new yet on our Keel's
