Carolyn, I could not find anything on Philadelphia McElroy or Cathey, I found about 5 pages on McElroy's but have not been able to sort it out. She is a mystery, The family says she is a McElroy but I don't have any proof. If I could only find a will or land papers. BTW have you ever heard of a Martin Whitford (a Baptist preacher) from Craven County, NC? let me know. Randy
