I cannot find a connection back of Able K. and Ann Rushing I do know that Able K was about 10 years younger than Ann, and after they had 5 children he died before he was 25 years old. I do know that Ann was born in Kentucky. Also after she died between 1874 and 1877, without remarrying, the 3 Girls got into a serious lawsuit in Houston County and all way to supreme Court in Nashville. BTW the best I can figure he was about 15 or 16 when their first Child (my Great Grandmother Arilda Jane was born) She married Lemuel Allsbrooks Bell my Great Grandfather, I have a story to tell about him and how he was killed during the Civil War.
