I had two Legate cemeteries pointed out to me while I was in Stewart co. One ..we had to go through Indian Mound and along a creek. It was on a very tall hill behind these reeally nice peoples house. Wilson Legate and a child's stones were there. There were other graves there, but no stones were visible. I took pictures of the owner's mailbox, and the stones....the pictures are being developed now. The other one was on Highway 76 just east of Dover (or in Dover). It was on the south side of the highway on top of another very tall hill. By this time, my cousin had injuried his knee, and noone else wanted any more exercise...so I didn't climb the hill. At the best of times, my sense of direction is bad... by that time, I wasn't even sure which direction was up...so I didn't want to start a long hike through trees and weeds alone. I don't know if my sister would have ask anyone to find me or not if I hadn't came back!! Lucinda
