Jan, You and Cher (and so many others) have been so helpful to me and have done so much to bring people together that I wanted to share my excitement with you. Two years ago I received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Randy Hudson all the way from Big Sandy, Tenn. He asked me if my husbands ggrandmother Ceabelle Floyd Hudson Harper could possibly be Isabella Floyd Hudson of Benton Co. IT WAS! Isabella just happened to be the sister of his gggrandfather Fekix Grundy Hudson. Talk about a thrill! A real LIVE cousin instead of talking tothe ones past. Well the other day I got another call from Randy and it was to tell me that he was going to Canada with his wife and son and instead of flying into Canada they decided to fly into Seattle to meet my husband and I. I was upset because I have just open a Ceramic shop and can't get away from it to meet him. Not to worry he says we will just come to you. I explained that I am almost 2 hours from Seattle and that is a long drive. Not to worry Randy says"we Country folk love to travel" Well Jan to my joy they did come all the way from good ole Tennessee to meet us and to say that it was a THRILL just isn't enough. We finally felt connected and talked for hours. The thought that there really is a live family member to talk to and share with and then meet face to face was something that I will carry with me forever. So yes keep bringing those people home and putting smile on the ones who went be for us faces as I know today that Fekix and Isabella are dancing on a cloud that finally we are a united family once again.
