Goodspeed’s History of Tennessee says men from this section served in the 11th, 14th, and 15th Tennessee Infantry Regiments. HUMPHREYS COUNTY Confederate Cox’s Tennessee Cavalry Battalion, Companies, “A” and “E”, became 1st Company “A” and 1st Company “K”, 10th Tennessee Cavalry Regiment. Napier’s Tennessee Cavalry Battalion, Companies “C” and “E” became “F” and 1st “I”, 10th Tennessee Cavalry Regiment. B.L. Phillips’ Company Independent Scouts. Captain Frank Maney’s Light Artillery Company. Captain John W.
