Stan, Did you see Joetta's posting? She probably knows more about the immediate area than myself. I have seen the Dinkins Cemetery referred to as the Legate cemetery on some death certificates. I do not know when the name was changed, perhaps she would know. The Legate cemetery that I was referring to, is located on Hwy. 79 near Papa Rock and across from the trout farm.
