Oops - I hit the wrong key and my email hit the air before I was finished. At any rate, there was a book at the Homecoming on the History of Houston Co. It included many family histories and personal interviews with former residents. One such feature was of a teacher in Stewart. I didn't see the picture, but during the interview with the teacher, she mentioned my mother, my uncle and one of my aunts in remembering the children in a picture that was shown to her by the interviewer. I am interested in getting a copy of this picture, if possible. Ira introducted me to a gentleman from Houston Co, who is active in the Historical Society there and he seemed to think that he could locate the picture and get me a copy.
