I haven't done any Williams research yet. I am not sure if Laura married a Grogan or not. There are many mysteries surrounding her and her family. Her son (my gg grandfather) was raised in Caldwell County, KY, and the other children were raised in Texas. The Grogan name comes in somehow, but I do not know how. I believe Laura was born in TN, but all I have so far is her name.
