Dave although it didn't have my ancestors on it I was very interested in seeing where the old 23rd was. Thanks for providing it for us. Now if you could find my BASS, FUTTRELL, HEDGES, MOORE and KENNEDY folks for me - ROTFL. Seriously my main stumbling block is my KENNEDY line. I'm beginning to think my great grandfather Cenus Hardy KENNEDY was deposited in Tennessee in February, 1870 by an alien spaceship. Word is that his father left his first wife, married an Indian, so the family disowned him and therefore I can find no information on his father other than the fact that on Cenus' death certificate he is listed as Alford KENADY. Which stands to reason since Pa KENNEDY named his son Alford Finis KENNEDY. Any bites out there??? Any stories of a man who left his family for an Indian?
