    3. Folks, For those of you who are having a problem downloading and saving the Map of the 23rd District......... Let's have short education class in 'how to download and save an image from a website'...... ..........and for those of you who don't know but were to afraid to ask....shame-on-you....this is not the List to be BASHFUL ON.....we help each other here.....you can ask 'ignorant' questions here....NO 'stupid' ones. I know....what's the difference.....'ignorance' is NOT HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE.......and we ALL SUFFER THAT about our ancestors. "STUPID" is PRETENDING you have the knowledge, but DON'T........AND DON"T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. Case in point......I'm IGNORANT about alot of things about women, and STUPID about the REST......like most men (and husbands)......we pretend, but don't really know what makes you tic........'nough said.... To download a graphic from a webpage........ place your mouse curser on the image, and 'click' the far right button on your mouse....... a 'pop-up screen' will appear...... go down the 'list' that appears with your curser, and 'click' on the line that says: 'view image' a new image will appear in your web-browser. This is the file you want to save to your hard-disk. Once it has totally appeared as a new browser page......'click' on the 'File' icon at the top-left of your browser. a new pop-down window will appear......find and click on the line 'Save As'.....select a directory and file name from the new pop-up window.....and 'click' on 'Save' ...(or something similiar depending on your browser). You are now an expert on downloading image files to your computer.....congratulations. Dave
