    3. Interesting Two Dortches were married to very prom. men from Montgomery County in the 1820's to 1860's Cave Johnson Senator and Gov. Willie Blount. of Ten. I am interested in Senator Cave Johnson's line if any one has any Info I would gladly exchange, also interested In Len Henly Sr. 1797 family spread from Humphreys County Tn. to Henderson Co.     3. Stubby, (don't mind if I call you that from your email address????) The DORTCH family is very consistant throughout history. Only 1 original male has been documented as 'fathering' the whole line of Dortches in the US. "Nutty" as they may have become in Western Tennessee (my editorial comment, having married one of them........please forgive me.....I mean no disrespect to the other branches of hte Dortch family who have gone on to accomplish greater 'things' and move 'humanity' foorward). There is an 'ole Salty sailor' who has spent the greater part of his yearning years in researching the Dortches......hopefully he is still alive........BJ....You still out there. ???????? Anyway, contact him thru the "Family Tree Maker CD's" (you'll find the Dortches on CD #1)..... If he doesn't respond, let me know and I'll provide you with his latest research info.......
