Hi Kevin, I cannot connect to the Payne Daniel & John Clarke gang but read, with great interest, everyone's postings.... My Daniel clan came to NC (Davie, Rowan, Alexander, Iredell counties) but story says they came from the ROAN River in VA.. Any idea where that was & have you ever heard of Yerby Daniel b1784 in Davie Co. Evelyn
