Some notes before we start. 1. McClenachan is McCLELLAN. 2. Israel CHRISTIAN (1712-1784) married Elizabeth STARK and they had two children that I carry records for. Ann Nancy CHRISTIAN married Col William FLEMMING of Roanoke, VA and Col. William CHRISTIAN married Anne HENRY, sister of Patrick. This bunch is to be considered close to my RENEAU family, as are the SEVIERS and RAMSEYS who are also mentioned throughout this list. 3, The BRECKENRIDGE and FITZPATRIKS are close. Sarah Jane BRECKENRIDGE (b. 1690) married William FITZPATRICK, Sr. and they are the ancestors of all VA FITZPATRICKS, including the bunch in Greene and later Morgan County, GA. 4. I do not know how the CUNNINGHAMS figure into my bunch, if at all. 5. Most, if not all of these names, are identical to those listed in the Cub Creek CUNNINGHAM information. Whether they are part of the same family, I do not know. 6. The number in the parenthesis is the page number from this book. <<<<< AUGUST 21, 1747. (259) Mary, widow of Saml.
