    3. Joni, One of the interesting connections I see is in the family of a Nathaniel Greene HUDSON (1760-1821) of Elbert County, GA. According to my information he married a Mary CASON and we know the CASONS were around the RLD family in Pitt County, NC. Anyway, they say, their daughter, Elizabeth HUDSON (1804-1878), married John Burgamy DANIEL, Sr. (1799-1884) of Laurens County, GA. Our best information says this John B. DANIEL was the son of Benjamin DANIEL and Lucretia BURGAMY, also of Laurens, formerly Washington County, GA. I really do like the given name, "Nathaniel Green" around this bunch because I know the Nathaniel Green FOSTER, Esq. (1809-1869) of Madison, Morgan County, GA was close to my bunch in Madison. Nathaniel was the son of Arthur FOSTER, Jr. RS and Hannah JOHNSON of Greene County, GA and g/s of Arthur FOSTER, Sr. and Martha COLLIER of Southampton County, VA and gg/s of Christopher FOSTER, Jr. and Elizabeth BARKER of IOW County, VA. We know, well, the BARKER connection to the LANIERS and Elizabeth was a sister of Sarah BARKER who married Robert LANIER, so it looks like the same bunch of T&E DANIELS out of Chowan, Tyrrell and Pitt County, NC, at least at first blush. However, there is so much bad information around all of this family that it may take DNA to straighten out this mess. I also do not like the known McDANIEL and BRANTLEY links to the family of Benjamin DANIEL and Lucretia BURGAMY of Laurens, because it opens up all kinds of possibilities for this family of Benjamin DANIEL -- was he a DANIEL, as his will states, or McDANIEL as some other Laurens information tends to state. I do not know the answer to this one......... These are the children I show for Nathaniel Green HUDSON and Mary CASON: <<< Children Elizabeth Hudson b: 1 JAN 1794 in Elbert County, GA Marriage 1 John Burgamy Daniel b: 13 SEP 1799 in Washington County, GA Married: 22 JAN 1828 in Laurens County, GA Mary "Polly" Hudson b: 7 SEP 1795 in Elbert County, GA Marriage 1 Henry Bourne b: BET. 1790 - 1800 Married: 20 FEB 1833 in Elbert County, GA Note: Her name was MRS.
