(2) Anthony Barham was member of House of Burgesses for Mulberry Island, March, 1629-'30. An abstract of his will has been published in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register. Among other legatees are his mother Bennett, and brother-in-law, Richard Bennett. Charles Barham was justice of Surry county about 1674. See Virginia Magazine, Vol. III, p. 278.
