Mike, This really caught my attention - a PARKER and a J. MARSHALL in the same sentence, especially one tied to a Greene County, GA DANIEL family. A William PARKER, Jr. and Sr. drew land in the 1805 Ga Land Lottery, then living in Bulloch County, GA but I do not know if this is the same William PARKER. I cannot find hide nor hair of where the Joseph MARSHALL, Sr. (ABT 1765-AFT 1820) of Jefferson County, GA came from before 1820 when he was living in Jefferson County, GA. This PARKER bunch has to be out of the Richard PARKER and Elizabeth SWANN family of .Nansemond County, Va, later, Gates County, NC, somewhere, because their oldest daughter, Elizabeth PARKER married Isaac HUNTER, Jr. the father of Jesse HUNTER (ABT 1736-1786) who married Anne Hinton ALSTON and whose descendants are all over that whole DANIEL, GREENE, RALLS, SANFORD, COLEMAN and WATSON bunch in Greene County, GA. I am much more interested in a Micagah and Isaac PARKER than I am this bunch because they were in Dobbs, later Greene County, NC and Isaac PARKER b. ABT 1765 married one of my LANE girls.
