Hi, I am not really following the line of Edward Daniel but I have ran into an Edward Daniel on the 1830 then Warren County Tn. Census. My asking of questions regard my John Daniel b 1769 Va d 1853 in present Cannon County Tn. used three Daniel men as chain carriers on land that he purchased in the 1820s and/or 1830s in then Warren County Tn. in the area of Short Mountain which became present Cannon County. The names were Peter, Stephen, & William with my belief that the Peter is a son of John b 1811 Tn.. I know that the Edward Daniel had a large family living with him in 1830 but I have no idea of the given names of children. My John Daniel in the 1820 then Warren County Census showed 3 male and 3 female children in his household but only the name Peter has shown up todate. Do you possibly have any information regarding the children of this Edward Daniel that I have indicated. From memory, he was several years older than my John Daniel. My main interest is to eliminate the possibility of these names as being children of my John or maybe prove that they could be. Any information that you might have, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. B. Wilkinson belva@mon-cre.net
