Good Morning, Since Payne found my elusive DANIEL bunch in Hugh Buckner JOHNSTON's notes, I did a little checking on families of which he was a part of and found this. A Thomas A. WISE (1787-ABT 1840) married a Charity DEW who was the d/o of a Christopher DEW, Sr. (1769-1827) and a Mary Ann BERRY (1768-1849). The DEW children married into the WISE, PERRITT, HAYES and LANE families. That PERRITT may be part of the John PERRY I see later listed on census and wills of this bunch and the LANE family may also be tied to the Penelope LANE (1773-1846) that some say was the wife of Robert C. DANIEL (ABT 1765-AFT 1830). Thomas WISE may also be the Thomas C. WISE that married Sarah Elizabeth DANIEL (1807-1872), as probably his second wife. The LANE listed in this GEDCOM was a Bryant LANE born ABT 1800 but they did not include other details about this LANE. John R. Clarke Thomasville, GA
