Clara Wallace Nail does cite some sources and the info seems fairly compatible with what you have, but, as with any secondary source, all info should be verified from primary sources. Luther Murphey covers the family of James Daniel b. 16 May 1808 GA, d. 20 July 1861; m. 30 Dec 1830, Jasper Co., GA to Jane Jones b. 2 Feb 1811, d. 28 Mar 1885 pp. 195 -196 "Danyers, Daniell, Daniel" by Mary Rowan Daniell. This article gives the ancestry of Albert Daniel as being of the Middlesex line, but the only source given is Lewis Dunn. Some of the info on the family of James Daniel b. 1765 NC conflicts with the info Mike Daniel provided in the abstract of his will, and, as always, primary documentation trumps undocumented secondary sources every time so I would definitely go with the will.
