    3. I missed this one, had to dig it out. Josiah L. DANIEL (1776-1813) was another brother of David and Sem DANIEL (O'DANIELS). He married Mary DANIEL, d/o William DANIEL and Lucretia BELL of Edgefield County, SC. I do not know if the Mary DANIEL listed in this will was his wife or daughter but Jesse must be a son to go along with the William Francis DANIEL we already know about. <<< Date: 1814/06/07 Description: DANIELL, JOSIAH L.     3. Edgefield, SC Will Book A: "27 Nov 1813. I, Josiah L. DANIEL, do make this as my last will & testament. All my just debts are to be paid. I give to my beloved wife Mary DANIEL one third part of the plantation whereon I now live during her natural life & after her death to my beloved son William Francis DANIEL & I also give to my beloved wife one negro man named Dick; also the household furniture also one negro boy named Joshua as long as she remains single & no longer. I give unto my son William Francis DANIEL the other two thirds of my property with two negroes & when he come of age to have a horse, saddle & bridle & I desire that my son William should have a good education as can be afforded from the small plantation. I appoint Phillip RAYFORD, (sic), Jesse DANIEL & my beloved wife Mary DANIEL as executors & executrix. Wit: William DANIEL & Allen ROBESON. Signed: Josiah DANIEL. Proved by the oath of William DANIEL the 14 Jan 1814 & same time qualified Jesse DANIEL & Phillip RAYFORD as executors & recorded the 7 June 1814. Jn TIMKINS,OED."
