    3. Good Morning, We know that Simon BURNEY, Jr. married Louisa PUGH and that a William WILSON was a son of Sarah DANIEL and John WILSON. This seems to indicate that there was more than a casual link between the BURNEY and T&E DANIEL family, including the BRYANS, PUGHS and the rest of this bunch we seem to know so seem to know so well. Louisa's brother was Stephen PUGH, also listed, and her parents were Hugh PUGH, Jr. and Elizabeth BRYAN (d/o Lewis BRYAN II of Craven County, NC) and grand daughter of Hugh PUGH, Sr, and Penelope CANNON of Pitt County, NC. I am not stating that Simon's sister Sarah BURNEY married Thomas DANIEL, Jr.(ABT 1740-1813) son of T&E, and later of Greene County, GA but it sure looks like promising. Also, there are RANDALS in and around Greene and Wayne County, NC in this same time frame and those stories we hear about the RANDLES later of Greene County, GA being from VA may well just be stories....... <<< CRAVEN COUNTY, NC - COURT - Newbern District Superior Court Criminal Records (1783) Summon SIMON BURNEY,WILLIAM WILSON,STEPHEN GATLIN and STEPHEN PUGH in behalf of State vs DAVID SMITH PITT CO >>> John R.
