TAYLOR in Burke County, GA and the Robert DANIEL listed in this complaint as a witness was my 2nd GGF and Amelia's father. Robert married Penelope LANE (1773-1846), d/o Capt Isham LANE, Sr. of Greene County, NC. I also know that Ethreldred SMITH was a brother of Noah SMITH, both of whom lived next to Robert DANIEL in Greene County, and Noah moved to GA with the DANIELS and a Charles Daniel CARR (1861-1932), s/o Henry Walker CARR and Cecile E PICQUET of Charleston, SC married one of my close family members of Madison, Morgan County, GA.
