Good Morning, What do we know about these folks. One of the interesting things I saw was the name, Isaac PARKER, sitting on 1753 deeds of John DICKINSON to his daughters, Sarah DANIEL, Elizabeth FUTRELL, Rebecca NEWSOME, Charity DICKINSON and Mary DICKINSON. Generally one of the only children for John and Sarah that is listed is Ephraim DANIEL born ABT 1740 in Northampton County, NC. Here is what I think - there were more children for John and Sarah and some of these may have moved to Pitt, Wayne or Greene County, NC. I know that an Isaac PARKER is in Wayne County, NC in the 1805 time frame and on deeds with LANES and DANIELS. . I also know a William DANIEL is listed as living with Isham LANE, Jr. in Greene County, NC in 1793 and was so ordered to work on the road. I also know that Robert C. DANIEL (ABT 1765-AFT 1830) married Isham's sister, Penelope LANE ABT 1792. That, pretty much tells me that William and Robert were probably brothers. I think Robert was the oldest of the two. William DANIEL is found in 1800 in Greene County, NC (20010-10010) age 26 to 45 with 3 children and a wife. He is probably in his early 30's which fits in with Robert DANIEL. Robert has already moved from Greene County, NC probably to Wayne County, NC in 1800 so I have included the 1793 Voters List from Greene County, NC to show the families that were close to him. Several names are of interest of this voters list -- Noah SMITH, Thomas TARVER and Moses HINSON. Noah Smith lived near RCD in Burke County, GA in 1820, the HINSONS were related to the LANES in Halifax County, NC and Thomas TARVER born ABt 1750 was a brother of Samuel TARVER III who married Celia JORDAN and moved to Richmond County, GA If anyone has any thoughts on this bunch, I would like to hear them.
