In case anyone has been trying to reach me and I have not replied, it is probably because my ISP's spam blocker is behaving very erraticaly. Some emails from the Daniel list have gotten through and some have not. I find that the same is email from individuals. I am sure that I have missed many emails in the past few months, before I became aware of this. Unfortunately the spam blocker is not very configurable, but it is filtering out dozens of legitimate spam messages every day, in addition to an occasional valid message, so I do not plan to disable it.
