Charlie, My Robert C. DANIEL (abt 1765-aft 1830) fits into this overall family, too. How he got to Dobbs County, NC by 1790 is not known to me, either but there has to be some kind of family connection between these Granville and Dobbs County, NC DANIEL families. My thoughts are not suppositions, either, because they are backed up by DNA 25 marker matches to descendants of this Granville bunch. If you see any mention of my Robert would you let me know.
