We close on our new house on Monday and the first load heads to SC this morning. I hart to leave GA after 47 years but they are getting a little to pricy for my blood - for an example, our home taxes have tripled in the past 5 years. Gail also want to be a little closer to our grandchildren - now just 15 minutes away from us. Batesville is a quiet small town - What Thomasville was when we moved here 31 years ago but still located in one of the fastest growing counties in SC, Lexington.
