No apologies necessary. No one, I hope, thinks you had or have any malicious intent. You did what any of us would do if we thought we were correct, defend it. The ability to admit being wrong is a virtue in family research. We have all made errors and had to correct them. It sort of comes with the territory. New things are always being discovered. Just look at the corrections being made to the published works of earlier prominent genealogists. I hope you recover soon and completely from your health issues.
